Graduation day finally came yesterday. It started as a great day. Sunny yet cool weather. Took a cab down to Singapore Polytechnic. Saw people around. Yeah, it was exciting to see. Bought a tie and put it in, got myself into the robe. Mingled with a few friends before heading in. Graduation started with a length speech by apparently top-shot caucasian guy. Pretty lengthy speech i'd say. Caught by surprised when the row i was sitting was called upon to receive the scroll. Had a pretty troublesome time taking out the ID. and the camera in the right pocket made me feel the robe was slightly off to the right. Oh well. Didn't matter.

And so graduation proceeded. Had some irritable moments when heads popped up right before some shots were to be taken. Felt like kicking their heads. But oh well. Ceremony ended, and took a few shots before leaving the convention centre.

Outside, there was when the photo-frenzy began. I have to say, i got pretty shutter-happy. snapped here and there. lotsa them. and thankfully, my hands weren't as shaky.(probably thanks to weight traning). so yeah. forgot to make a photo order and a alumni card. oh well, tommorrow i'll be heading to the instituion yet again.

after the frenzy, the singapore flyer was the next destination. Took the last ride. and the sky was perfect. so was the scenery. had Popeye as supper before rushing to take a cab back. and thankfully, the driver drove speedily.nice
